Key dates

• The deadline for submission of abstracts is 26 April 2024.
• Notification of acceptance will be made by 8 May 2024.

Please use the Word or Latex templates provided below to prepare your abstracts. If you use the Word template, please convert it to pdf format before submitting.

How to submit

• Abstracts in PDF format must be submitted by email to& sfmm37@ed.ac.uk
• Please indicate in your email whether you wish to give an oral presentation or present a poster and who will be the presenting author.
• Oral presentations will be 12 minutes in length with an additional 3 minutes for discussion.
• Please note that there is a limited number of slots for oral presentations.
